Have you ever felt like you’re on autopilot, going through the motions without truly being present? In medical TV dramas, losing consciousness is depicted as sudden and dramatic, but in real life, it can happen slowly over time. We stop noticing, fail to appreciate, and ultimately stop making conscious decisions. This state of being is known as sheepwalking.

But here’s the good news – you don’t need a medical intervention to snap out of it. All it takes is the courage to wake up and take control of your life again. Choice brings responsibility, and while that can be intimidating, it’s also empowering. After all, you can’t run a marathon without getting tired, and you can’t make a difference in the world when you’re asleep.

On a different note, I want to express my gratitude to everyone who responded to yesterday’s post. The limited-edition boxes sold like hotcakes, and I appreciate your support. For those who had trouble with international ordering earlier, the issue has been resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
