Welcome to Llama Group’s Blog!
Exciting news for Llama Group as we announce the finalization of a definitive agreement with Azerion, marking the settlement of all claims between the parties. This agreement comes without either party admitting any liability or wrongdoing, paving the way for a fresh start and a focus on the future.
Previously, on 22 November 2022, Llama Group announced the sale of the TARGETSPOT division to Azerion, which included a cash payment and shares in Azerion. This new agreement ensures that Llama Group can move forward confidently, with the financial resources to drive their business and launch their new platform on 2 July.
The key highlights of the agreement include:
- Settlement of all claims between the parties
- Cash payments from Azerion to Llama Group totaling €3,000,000 by 15 July 2024
- Extension of the time period for the calculation of the previously agreed price guarantee to 31 December 2025
- An increase in the maximum amount guaranteed by €2,000,000 up to €7,054,780
Llama Group is thrilled with this agreement and is dedicated to focusing on their offerings and reaching their roadmap goals.
