Norfolk Metals Ltd (ASX:NFL) (Norfolk or the Company) is excited to announce that it has extended its exclusivity period with Green Shift Commodities Ltd (GCOM) for the acquisition of the Los Altares uranium project in Argentina. This extension reinforces Norfolk’s commitment to moving forward with the Proposed Transaction.
Norfolk and GCOM have agreed to extend the exclusivity period by an additional 30 days, bringing the total exclusivity period to 105 days. This extension allows both parties more time to finalize the details of the transaction and ensures that all aspects are carefully considered before moving forward.
