Salesforce CEO: AI could replace gig workers in hiring

Not only Salesforce but companies like Klarna are also implementing AI to automate tasks and reduce their workforce. Klarna’s CEO Sebastian Siemiatkowski revealed plans to shrink their workforce from 5,000 to 2,000 employees using AI (source).

As AI adoption continues to grow, it’s estimated that by 2030, AI could impact up to 300 million jobs in various sectors like writing, translation, and customer service (source).
